Many people try traditional “talk therapy” and still feel stuck. That’s because trauma, attachment wounds, and long-held stress aren’t stored in logic — they’re stored in the body.
Insight alone doesn’t always bring relief.
Through somatic and embodied work, we gently involve your nervous system so healing can happen at a deeper, more sustainable level. This allows patterns shaped by past experiences — including betrayal, emotional neglect, trauma, or chronic stress — to soften and reorganise from the inside out.
